We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover/Novus, including Visa and MasterCard check cards and debit cards.  Our Shopping Cart host offers secure transaction processing, using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt sensitive data such as credit card numbers.  

To order a puzzle box, click on the Add to Cart link below the puzzle box you wish to buy.  This will add the puzzle box to your virtual "Shopping Cart."  You will see a running total of the puzzle boxes you've ordered whenever you click View Shopping Cart/Checkout.  You can add or delete puzzle boxes at any time.  Nothing is final and you are not charged anything until after you click View Shopping Cart/Checkout and fill out all your shipping and payment information.

You will receive an automatic receipt by e-mail.  Pandora's Puzzle Boxes will also notify you by e-mail when your order is shipped.  Your credit card statement will show your order charged to Agate Road (our official business name).  If you have any questions about your order or your bill, just call us at 1-877-PUZZLEBOX (1-877-789-9532).  If you get the answering machine, please leave your number so we can return your call.

If you prefer, you can also pay with a credit card over the phone by calling Pandora's Puzzle Boxes at 1-877-PUZZLEBOX (1-877-789-9532).  If you leave your name and phone number, we will call you back to obtain your order and credit card information.

One more option: You can mail both your order and credit card information by printing out the same Order Form used to pay by money order.

Shipping Information

In most cases, we will ship your order within one business day of receiving it.  Shipping is $7.00 per order to the United States and US$12.00 per order to Canada.  We also ship internationally for US$22.00.  (For international orders, please note that we can't be be responsible for any duties, fees, delays, or other hassles with the Customs Service in your country.)

Shipping within the United States or to Canada is by either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or Federal Express Ground Service.  Shipping to all other countries is via U.S. Postal Service Airmail Parcel Post.

Need it faster?  We will ship your package any express method you choose and charge you only the actual shipping cost.  However, you must contact Pandora's Puzzle Boxes directly to place your order, instead of using the Shopping Cart to order online.

Customer Service Policy

We want our customers to be happy!  If you are not completely satisfied with any puzzle box, you may return it in original condition within 30 days.  Please contact Pandora's Puzzle Boxes before sending us any return.
