Shipping?
What's the Catch?
Free Standard
Shipping to U.S. addresses is included with each order --
no minimum, no catch! Standard Shipping is most often via
U.S. First Class or Priority Mail, occasionally via Federal
Express Ground Service.
How Long
Before I Receive My Order?
In most cases,
your order will be shipped within one business day of
receiving it. Standard Shipping via U.S. Mail usually arrives
2 - 5 days after the shipping date. Occasionally, we may ship
your order via Federal Express Ground Service, which can take anywhere
from 1 day to 1 week to arrive, depending on how far your address is
from Northern California. International orders can take up to 4 weeks
to arrive.
Can I Get
Expedited Shipping?
Expedited
Shipping is available via Federal Express Overnight, 2-Day,
or Express Saver (3-day) services. For a quote, please email orders@PandorasPuzzleBoxes.com,
including your shipping zip code and
the item(s) you wish to purchase. The quote we send will
reflect the same price that Fed Ex charges us. Please be
aware, however, that Expedited Shipping may cost a pretty
penny,
since Pandora's Puzzle Boxes is unable to offer the discounted shipping
rates negotiated by large online retailers like Amazon or Walmart.
Do You
Ship Internationally?
Yes!
Before placing an order, please email orders@PandorasPuzzleBoxes.com
for a shipping quote, including your country, postal code, and the
item(s) you wish to order. If you decide to place the order, we'll send you a PayPal Money Request.
Payment must be in U.S. dollars.
International
shipping is usually via U.S. Priority or First Class International
Mail, and can take up to 4 weeks to arrive, depending on how long it
takes your package to pass through Customs.
Please note
that in many cases you will have to pay Customs Duties
before your package is delivered. For an estimate of what
these duties may cost, please contact the Customs Service in your
country. Pandora's Puzzle Boxes cannot be responsible for any
duties, fees, delays, or other problems with your country's Customs
Service.
Do I Have
To Pay
Sales Tax?
Only if you
live in California. Most U.S. states require some
form of User Tax on out-of-state purchases, which it is your
responsibility to report and pay. Under current rules, Pandora's Puzzle
Boxes is required to charge 7.5% Sales Tax only on
purchases being shipped to California addresses, since that is the
state in which we are physically located.

American Express. Credit and debit card information is
collected
using a SSL secured server.
If you pay with PayPal, your statement will show your purchase either as

Is My
Credit Card Information Safe?
Our Shopping
Cart is hosted by a company called Mal's e-commerce, which
is PCI compliant and uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt and
collect sensitive data like your credit card number. Your
data is stored on the company's secure server, where we can access it
only after entering a password through a secure browser.
After we've processed your order, it's deleted from the server.
Your credit
card number is never transmitted via email. Our
email notifications contain only your order information, not your
credit card number.

If you pay
with PayPal, your statement will show your purchase either as

Will You
Send Order and Shipping Confirmations?
After placing
your order, you'll receive an automatic email confirming
your order. After we've shipped your order, we'll send you a
second email that includes the Tracking Number of your package.
What's
Your
Returns and Exchanges Policy?
We want our
customers to be happy! You are welcome to return
any puzzle box(es) in original condition within 30 days for
either a full refund or exchange. (If the puzzle box was a gift, the 30
days starts when the recipient actually opens the gift.)
Please email us
first before returning any puzzle box.
What If I
Decide to Cancel My Order?
No problem!
Just send
us an email that includes your name and
order number.
Do You
Offer Gift Wrapping?
We offer a
selection of Gift Wrap patterns available for a flat charge of $4.00
per order.

Send Me a Printed Catalogue?
Our available
selection of Puzzle Boxes changes frequently, so we don't
produce a printed catalogue.
Does
Pandora's Puzzle Boxes Sell Wholesale?
